All items purchased on Reeble are eligible for return under this policy, provided that the return is initiated within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. All orders are typically shipped within 3 to 4 working days. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 12 business days after confirmation.

Return Process:

   You can initiate a return by contacting our customer support either via email/Whatsapp or Instagram DM. You will have to include your Order ID and Reason for return in the message you send to our team. Your return will be processed within 7 working days.

   Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

3. 3. Return Pickup:

   Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your location at your convenience. If a pickup service is not available in your area, you can ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Conditions:

The item should not be damaged or show signs of use beyond what was necessary to inspect the product. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, perishable nature, or other specific reasons, as mentioned at the time of purchase.

Exceptions:

In cases where the item received is incorrect or defective, we will offer an exchange of the item if in stock or may offer a similar item.
